We want you to be completely satisfied with your home goods, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix your shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
